I was disappointed with the light effects. They looked kind of dull and uneven, actually, not kind of, they were definitely uneven in a way that made the whole thing feel less impressive than I expected.

From what I remember using it, the sound mode didn’t pick up music very well at all. The lights would barely move unless I had the music turned up really loud, which was disappointing

I ordered my light from hyperspacelight.com and was let down by how flimsy it felt once I started using it. The plastic casing began coming loose after only a few uses, and then one of the buttons got stuck, which was really annoying. Weirdly, I remember noticing a tiny squeak every time I pressed that button before it finally jammed.
I didn’t drop it, toss it around, or do anything rough with it, just used it normally. For the price, I really expected it to hold up longer than a couple of weeks. Definitely disappointing...

I bought this thinking I’d have it up and running quickly, but the setup ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept feeling like I was just guessing what to do next instead of actually following a real guide.

Maybe it works fine once you finally get it going, but I never really got to that point. After messing with it for too long, I gave up, and I didn’t feel like dealing with customer service because I don’t usually trust them to be much help. Not a great first impression

The light itself is fine, but using the remote has been frustrating. Half the time the buttons don’t do anything unless I press them over and over, and the settings aren’t very intuitive. I kept trying to get it how I wanted, but compared to other lights I’ve used, it just... I got tired of dealing with it. Not really worth it for me

Had to deal with a return and warranty issue, and it was annoying. Took way too long to get help, and felt like it should’ve been way easier.

I really wanted this app to work for me, but it was just too frustrating. It kept freezing, pages took forever to load, and I couldn’t even get through what I needed to do. After trying for a while, I just gave up. Disappointing overall.

I was hoping this would be brighter, but it felt way too dim for me. I’d guess it puts out maybe half the light I expected, so it just didn’t work for the space I needed it in.

It looked cool at first, like for the first day or so, but then it started flickering and just felt really cheap. Some of the plastic pieces don’t even line up right, which is kind of annoying because for the price I was expecting... I don’t know, just better quality. I definitely won’t be ordering from hyperspacelight.com again

The product itself was fine, no real complaints there. But getting help from customer service took days, even for a simple question. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get an answer, which was frustrating. Not the best experience 🙃

I ordered from hyperspacelight.com and the item itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time, and it kind of felt like I was just left waiting with no real communication. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

I feel like I paid more than this was worth. To me, it comes across a bit cheap for the price, so I was disappointed.

This light looked way nicer in the pictures than it does sitting in my room. I was expecting something clean and modern, but in person it’s kind of a cheap-looking little eyesore. The colors are doing way too much, and the whole style just doesn’t go with anything I have. Maybe someone else is into that flashy look, but for me this thing was a total nope. Wouldn’t buy it again.

The box showed up a little dented, and the padding inside wasn’t really as solid as I expected. Luckily the product itself was fine, so maybe it just got caught at a bad time during shipping. Still, for the price, I thought the packaging would be a bit more careful. Not a disaster, just could’ve been better...
